Richard P. Rudy is founder and president of The Pinnacle Real Estate Company, Inc., a licensed
Real Estate Broker in the State of Maryland specializing in residential new
home sales and land brokerage. Established in 1989, Pinnacle has served the
Builder/Developer community providing complete sales and marketing services
from project feasibility to on-site sales staffing, training, and management. With Rich's direction, the
Pinnacle Real Estate Company has developed literally all ancillary promotional marketing
materials necessary to enhance the presentation or a home building operation and it's communities. These services include web site development,
preparation and placement of advertising, on-site displays, brochures, model
home decorations, among others. In recent years Pinnacle has expanded to provide in-house architecture design services and a program specifically tailored to service custom builders.
Past professional affiliations prior to having founded The Pinnacle Real
Estate Company include the following:

Vice President/Divisional Manager of Foster Communities, a regional
homebuilder in the Balto./Wash./Va. market. Managed a home building operation
that settled approximately 100 homes per year. Responsibilities included land
acquisition, oversite of subdivision processes, land development, management of
all building related operations including production, sales and marketing, and customer
relations.

Mr. Rudy is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a
B.S. in Accounting/Finance. Rich grew up in Anne Arundel County and now
lives in the Baltimorearea with his wife, two sons, and daughter Jessica.

Shawn joined The Pinnacle Real Estate Company as part of the management team in
2006. A licensed Real Estate agent in the State of Maryland since 1991, Shawn has specialized
in new home sales and sales management. In his very first year as a
sales representative Shawn won the
Home Builders Association of Maryland's "Rookie Sales Person of the Year" and
then proceeded to win the HBAM Sales Person of the Year on two more occasions.
Since 1991 he has personally sold and managed over $300 Million in
sales. Shawn's extensive
sales experience includes condominiums, town homes, and single
family homes, ranging in price from $100,000 to $1,000,000. He spent the first
half of his new home career working for local builders selling in the Baltimore
region and then moved on to work for one of the nations largest builders where
he received multiple awards and was recognized as one of the company's top
sales people before being promoted to Division Sales Manager.
Shawn currently serves on the Board of Directors and is 2nd Vice President
for the Maryland Home Builders Association's Sales and Marketing Council.
He also sits on the Education Committee for the Maryland Home Builders
Association.
Shawn grew up in Anne Arundel County and now lives in the Baltimore area with his wife, and two sons.
